My PS didnt want me to do anything to mine for the first week, no massage, no strap or bra or anything. At one week check up he showed me the simple massage he wanted me to do at least 5 times a day. Tomorrow will be one week for the massages an they are very sore, mostly around the edges and aureola. Reckon all the muscle and tissue are stretching, they starting to look real good tho.

Glad things are going well for you!! Hope you have better luck with the massage than I'm having, my breasts are so sore had to back off the massage some.

I use my big huggie pillow, I can hug it an put it between my knees so it allows me to sleep on side without rolling over onto breast.
