As a medical professional I would not be comfortable with only 2 people in the surgery. Whoever is giving you the sedation should have no other job but to monitor you. Is this a CRNA? Are they ACLS certified? What is their emergency procedure if something goes wrong? Those are questions that I would ask prior to deciding anything.
As irritating as it may be, I would give it a few days to work itself out. I did have the same issue at around 3 weeks post op, kept picking at it until it opened my incision. Call your PS when you get home.
They look fantastic! Thanks so much for sharing your journey with us.
Looking back at your early posts and how nervous you were! Now it is your turn to be a great resource for all the ladies who are beginning their own transformation.
They are healing nicely! Looking good! There will be many changes in the next few months, so try not to sweat it too much. I was told by another PS, not mine, to wear at least a support bra to sleep in for the first 6 months. Anyone else? I finally bought new bras after 4 months. The sports bras were so comfortable I hated to give them up. Continued good wishes!
I had my surgery done on a Tuesday and returned to my desk job on the following Monday. I got tired faster than normal, but it went OK. Good luck to you!
