they will drop give them a good three months for them to look normal..My doctor told me to avoid carrying anything more than 5 lbs for at least a month. and i massage them 4 times a day. Also after the second week I was told to lay on my belly for about 15 mins. I wasn't able to do it due to the stitched hurting but I tried doing it a couple minutes at a time.
