Thanks for the reply sandy , the reason I ask is that since I got my surgery done in Bangkok there are some language barriers that you don't get in north America
Week 1 : I haven't seen much in the way of results , had a check up and the doctor said it all looked normal . No pain at all . I was told no working out for at least 6 more weeks . I'm a bit skeptical of this because from this forum and other Internet boards it looks like I could work out in a month. (lightly) Since I had abdomen done it affects my whole core for working out. Hmmm. Any other gym people have suggestions ?
Day 2 ; the dinner plate abs feeling is now gone. I didn't notice any leaking from incisions . Tummy a little sore . Taking tylenols but feeling pretty good in general . I had planned on bed rest for a few days but am going to go for a walk to the grocery store maybe see s movie
37 yr old male 205lb 510. I was not in bad shape, but had a beer gut. Got my vaser done in Bangkok cost $3600 all in for abdomen. The surgery was not painful . I felt more pain when I was getting the local anesthesia injected. The surgery itself did feel like somebody was carving me. At times I felt like there were big paper clips attached to me. You know the triangular clip ones?
Post op no pain . Lay in recovery room 2 hrs just in case then Walked Back to the bts station . Lying here in my hotel room with a comPression garment on wondering if I should take a Tylenol. I would say while not a pleasant experience less painful them getting a crown put in
