I have epidural lipomatosis of the lumbar spine and though I have read many articles about this, I have concerns about just physical therapy. The latter was a 2nd opinion for the therapy. My first orthopedic surgeon was going to do a laminectomy, and did not have any notice of the epidural lipomatosis, by MRI.
A myelogram was done which showed the tumor but I read that the typical test was just MRI.
