one more thing. I did do The lymphatic massages. I think they really worked. well worth the money.

I am at 7 weeks. I believe I do see a difference in some areas. the front of my legs is where I see the biggest change. my skin feels alot tighter although its still jiggly underneath. I still wear the compression garment about 16 to 18 hours a day. the scars from the incision is most visible on one leg more than the other. hopefully that improves with time. I think we just have to hang in there the full recovery time to really determine if it was all worth it., lets keep or heads up. :)
