Dear Audreysmom,
Bless your heart. I sure don't know everything, but I would say you have too much on your plate right now. Take a deep breath and enjoy your wonderful life. After your graduation, and after this holiday season, you'll have more time to think about your implants and explore the options. Gosh are you even sleeping at night? Things may seem a whole lot better in a few months. Best wishes and congratulations on your college degree and beautiful new baby!!
I haven't had my explant yet but I wear a bralette that I order from Northstyle. The fabric is a much better quality, softer and more supportive than the Genie. I wear a 32dd and feel this bra has enough support for everyday clothing. I highly recommend it.

Hi Sgfit! Good questions. When I switched from silicone to saline, 15 years ago, I was told that saline was not as natural feeling. Maybe it's just me, but after the surgery, I really couldn't tell any difference. My silicone implants were done in 1986, and I don't know how implants have changed and improved since then. The saline implants themselves are very soft and natural feeling. However, both my silicone and saline implants were placed under the muscle and at the top of my breast where the muscle lays over the implant feels firmer than a natural breat. Much firmer actually, since it is, after all, a muscle. That is probably the one thing I like least about my implants. But you are completely right about not needing to worry. I'm really happy that in case of a rupture, there is no possibility of ill side effects. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions I might be able to help you with. Best wishes!!
Hi BeagleBaby! So nice to hear from you and also nice to hear things are returning to normal. I talked to you a few times last summer. I'm glad you're still happy with your results. I've been in the planning stages of this for so long I'm beginning to feel like some creepy stalker on this site. As I told Aftermath, my hangup is finding a ride. My PS told me he would drain my implants (saline) first, if I'd like to see the results and then decide whether I want just an explant or an explant and lift. I think it would be nice to get a preview just so I could get mentally prepared before I have to undergo surgery and recovery. I'm sure nothing is going to happen now until after the holidays. Maybe Santa will give me a ride in his sleigh (hohoho).
