    You know, the same thing happened to me! I had my septum straightened and my turbinates reduced (not a rhinoplasty)and a few months after the surgery I noticed the skin under my eyes starting to sag (I also noticed drainage as well). My theory is that after the surgery the sinuses are able to drain properly, but no ENT doctor has been able to give me an answer. Very frustrating!
