On the Scarguard-I stopped using it on my breasts. It didn't seem to be of much benefit there for me. I used it for about 4wks on my extended TT and it seemed to help inflammation and especially helped the itching phase. I haven't used any other scar products to compare it with though. I'm not too worried about my scar's final appearance to invest too much in products. It was easy to use. It did rub off easily though...
I'm almost 3 months now....almost. My binder helped the most, until I killed it at about 6wks, I think it was. You're just going to be swollen right now because you're so soon post op. Farther along post op, I was getting the upper abdominal swelling from bending too much (stop picking up toys?) Make sure you try squatting more, no bending at the waist. I wish someone would have told me that. I know you're not standing straight now, but you will be with time....don't push yourself with that, you will when you're belly's ready. Good luck with relaxing ;)
I think you're looking great! Don't worry about the thick feeling. I felt I looked thicker after the surgery too. It's just swelling and it will go away with some patience :)
I totally left my implant size up to my PS. He went into the OR telling me his range was going to be anywhere from 280-325cc and he would decide on the table. That's completely normal of you to ask him to make that final decision of what looks best once he has them in. Start small and if they don't fill you up enough then go bigger?
I hope your little ones get to feeling better soon! Get your rest!
