Take it easy and heal up. When your dr says its ok then u can. But yes thats awesome to eat better and exercise to maintain or look even better. Cuz we only have 1 body :)
I Am getting smaller but its becuz I'm eating better & exercising. And believe it or not, sometimes I dont like how anything looks in my closet on me so I take forever and make a mess :(
LOL. ITS OK, OVER PREPARE YOURSELF. AND YES COUGHING & LAUGHING ARE TORTURE AT THE beginning. I actually cried cuz it hurt me the 1st day out of surgery. Good luck on your TT :)
Well I started doing crossfit on Nov 26 and they work everything. I was about 6 mos p.o. I just started doing the squat challenge cuz I lost some of my butt & my breasts have shrinked from exercising :( so that really sucks. Yes I lost weight but I lost my butt n breast :( dont do squats yet. I read & saw pictures of seeing results in 2mos -6mos from the squat challenge. Walking on treadmill is good for now. Dont push yourself.
