What bra size do you wear with your new augmentation, and what bra size did you want to wear? I read that each 150cc adds a bra cup size. Are you over or under the muscle? Saline or silicone?

I am upset the surgeon didn't tell me I would ripple with large implants and especially over the muscle. I thought he knew how much I hated the ripples I had developed with my 15-year-old implants. I feel like he should have suggested putting in implants a little bit bigger than I originally had but keeping them under the muscle (especially since I paid for the lift so he could go under the muscle.) I am also very upset with myself for not being specific about every detail. I am scheduled to have the surgery redone by the same surgeon in August, but I am going to get a second opinion before I go in for my pre-op appointment.
