  • Posted to Very Bad Lipo Result - Marietta, GA on 25 Jun 2012

Kaf- if you're in Marietta, talk to Dr Randall Rudderman. He did my breast aug and he also does other procedures. I got a consult for lipo from him but I ended up moving before I could get it done. He's amazing, very, very knowledgable and I really trust him. I think he'll be able to tell you dead on what he can and can't do. Hope that helps!
  • Posted to What creams can be used to get rid of cellulite? on 25 Jun 2012

I'm addicted to Nivea's cellulite lotion. I think it's around $11. You may have to try it for at least a few weeks. Another good tip is to exfoliate with coffee grounds in the shower. (I think I read that in Vogue one month.) It can be messy so bring a plastic cup or something like that in the shower so you can clean up more easily. The caffeine in the coffee is also supposed to stimulate the skin (that part I'm not so sure about but it is an excellent exfoliator! Helps your skin look smoother.

Oh and don't use instant coffee! I learned that the hard way. The grounds just dissolve as soon as they hit water. Hope this helps!
  • Posted to 8 Weeks out and Still Bruised! But Cellulite Has Diminished 90% - North Carolina on 25 Jun 2012

I'll definitely wait until the fall/ winter. I think I just really want something that finally works!! I know I speak for everyone when I say that I've tried just about everything- the workouts, the diets, the lotions, the injections, various procedures, the supplements, Spanx, more Spanx and just about every other 'anti-cellulite' remedy out there. I have a good feeling about cellulaze because it's so different than any other procedure I've heard of. So keep your heads up ladies! Give your body time to heal AND give it some proper encouragement! You'll get there!!

I am so curious about this. I don't know whether I should get cellulaze or not?! To those who have gotten it done, would you recommend it?

I underwent a breast aug 2 yrs ago and have been so pleased. My dr said to give it a few months but I decided to give it a full year to be safe. You have to remember, your body has just been majorly messed with! Recovery is 40% physical and 60% mental. If you start thinking negatively, you probably won't see the positive results you're looking for. So I'm wondering, are some of these these really, truly bad results or as someone else said, simply a matter of being impatient? (Hoping this doesn't come off rude. I'm just trying to figure all of this out because I really want to do it!)
