I had Juvederm Ultra injections under my eyes and tear troughs last year. I bruised very badly under one eye, and was quite swollen for about 2 weeks, looking puffy and dehydrated. However when all settled, it looked good.
Now, however, a year later it has worn off, and I have alarmingly dark circles and hollows under my eyes. I just thought this was my natural aging process, and was accepting it...until my twin sister came to visit. She was very concerned, as we looked pretty different. I have lost all the volume under my eyes, while hers is still intact. She did not get any filler. The difference is pretty visible. Has anybody else felt that when the filler wore off, the volume was markedly more reduced than before the filler, as well? Is it possible that Juvederm may reduce volume further/faster?
