I finally started playing tennis at 10 weeks:) felt great to be back on the courts! It was starting to seem like I was never going to make it back!

I have a 2 year old (lil guy weighs 25 llbs). I just started picking him up at 8 weeks post op. my doc said 6 wks, but even then I didn't feel ready. I listened to my body and now feeling well enough to hold him. Very hard to recover when chasing a 2 1/2 yr old boy....lol.

It had just split very, very little. He said it was no big deal and would close up on its own. They put another steri strip just on that spot and sent me on my way. I scheduled another apointment for 1 month out. He said the steri removal did not cause the splitting...(:

Took my steri strips off today in the shower as directed and they were so tacky still, it pulled my incision open slightly in one small area by my hip. Ugh! Going to see my ps at 2:00pm. Anyone else have problems with incision splitting open?
