Hey mama, the foam triangle that I was referring to is actually a triangle made out of cloth that they put on your lower back inside of your garment to keep compression in that area which the garment itself doesn't provide. You don't have to purchase it, they provide it at the office which should be in place when they put your garment on after surgery. I hope you understand my explanation mama. Ttyl

It's very much possible Hun, you and I have the build where you look smaller than you weigh, which means we carry our weight well. You look smaller in your pics and your body will only look better when you reach your goal weight. That's my goal also, I fell my best at about 175. I won't stop till I get there, good luck to you as we'll mama.
