Looking great your incisions, very flat and fading nicely!!! mine are fading as well I have 5 months post op.

I understand my friend, work work!! ;-( , in any ways looking fabulous with or without gym ;-). Just don't fortget to hit hard the weights, that is the trick, lift lift, squats and lean protein!
