Hi! and thanks for your comment! I think my surgeon would be better on to answer that, but let me examine. I think it is quite on the middle. I think this permalipp has been great, I only have it on my upper lip. I think in the future I will increase the volume, within the limits of looking natural still.

Thanks! The actual cup size is Small D cup, looks smaller because I am very tall. 350 was Great for My figure, not fake At all. Naturally I must be A.
