I went with the medium profile and I just got fitted in to a 34 C. If you get the high it will make it harder to look natural. I feel so comfortable with mine and they are not in your face boobs. My doctor did say the medium and low profile are defiantly more conservative. What ever you do don't let anyone push you in any one direction everyone has an opinion, but only one matters yours!

I am 5.3 and 130 pounds. You will look amazing! I am so happy it is so worth it. I recovered so fast I was back to work in 2 days and back to the gym in a week.

Lots of weights 5 days a week. You can get these arms too! Use free weights:)

I went with silicone under the muscle with 286cc. I went for an 8 mile run this morning and didn't feel any different. I also love that no one at work or my family have even noticed!
