I am starting up again this Monday. I plan to do 3 5:30 am workouts and then some additional walking, and elliptical a few nights. Wish me luck lol and thank you for the compliments :))
Makes me very happy that you could relate to my experience :) Right before and in the weeks right after my tt this forum was a God send to me! No one can really understand what it is like unless they have been there and reading everyones stories was so helpful to me, so I am glad I could do that for you :))
I totally understand, crossfit is addicting! I was told that due to my huge muscle repair not to do any core exercises for 6 months. If you dont need a big mr, then I would say 10-12 weeks off. Is the box you go to good about scaling? Maybe your coach can help you modify? Good luck to you!
