Sounds like it is going well for you, I will be 3 months PO in 2 days, I had an awesome experience , your binder is aggravating , but necessary, also buy some compression shirts , I am still wearing them during the day, good lucck

How long did you wear your binder? I have kept mine on the entire week since I had my procedure, I am not weighing myself until the swelling goes down, just a mental thing for me. I have walked around the house, done a few chores, slept and only left the house once for a short drive with a friend. Only pain is when getting up or bending at times, more of a burning paying than cutting pain, ready to stop pain meds I think.
