Had smart lipo three weeks ago yesterday (5/26/12). Like you, I was not informed about the hardness and that three days wasn't nearly enough time off from work. My upper and entire lower ab areas are very hard and very uncomfortable and my skin feels tight and terrible. Feels like a four inch thick slab of rock underneath my skin. Although I have been advised that this can be normal and I should massage the areas, at this point massages aren't making any difference. Since you posted this 2011, did the hardness ever go away? How did you resolve this issue? Thank you, thank you, thank you in advance for any helpful advice.
