Hello Reja! I am exactly 3 months post op and still waiting. I look much smoother in areas and still dents and a bulge about 2 inches long on one leg. From what I hear, it's inflammation and fluid. So I am not uniform in the smoothness yet. If you have the procedure on Tues., make sure you see where your physician marks your legs so he doesn't miss areas. I am still hopeful my legs will look much better by my 5th month. Lets us know how your procedure goes. Good luck to you Reja!!! :-)
Hi Reja! I am so sorry I am just now replying to you. I never received an alert that you replied to my comment. Anyways, I am 9 weeks post treatment and I am SLOWLY seeing improvement. There is still fliud which makes bulges and dents, but I can tell it is slowly dissolving. Patience is a virtue with this procedure, but I am hopeful!! And I think I am going to be very pleased within the next couple of weeks/months. Let us know what you decide to do!!
I greatly appreciate each one of you for taking the time to answer my question. I will continue to exercise, wear my compression garmet and remain patient! :-)
Thank you again for the encouraging words!!
Hi LaurelC!
I have been following your posts and I greatly appreciate you updating on your progress. I am 6 weeks post-op and I just don't look good. I have more bumps and dimples than I did before the procedure. My physician said I am in the "soft" stage right now. At 6 weeks, do you remember looking worse before you got better? I am taking your advice and not looking in the mirror so much. Thank you for your feedback! I am so glad to hear you feel so much more confident in a bathing suit! I hope hope hope to get there too!!
