Hello 'nipper'....I understand completely and I wish you all the best....I pray you have a 'speedy' recovery and that all goes well for you...

Hello 'nipper'......It has been approx 3 years or so since I had my implants removed.....I am doing great and have not felt this good in many many many years.....I can lie on my stomach once again and have no problem wearing any type of clothing.....Of course I'm not one to go around bra-less, except around my house of course.....I am very satisfied with how I look and have never regretted my decision not to replace......

Hello Lois......I live in Canada so my entire removal was free....if only one was ruptured that would be the only one they would have covered for me to have removed...BUT they both were and that was a good thing because I am on a very limited income and could never have been able to pay for it myself....I pray that you will be able to have them removed as soon as possible, especially if they have already ruptured...hopefully they have only ruptured within the sack area and not into your body...My ruptures didn't leak out into my body thank goodness..
Well, all the best to you Lois....and God Bless

I feel WONDERFUL....I actually feel FREE....I know that may sound rather silly to most, but that is exactly how I feel since having the implants removed. As for the 'after' look, well, I am not as bad as I thought I would look...overall I would say about a 4-5 on a 1 to 10 scale.....I don't have the 'saggy skin' as you have mentioned in your post and perhaps that is because I went from a B to a C with the implants, I don't know...However, the way I feel now FAR out weighs anything else...BUT again, my attitude in life is MUCH different now than when I first had them put in....
I wish you all the best in whatever decision you end up making...
God Bless
Hi,
I'm glad that you feel comfortable with your choice to have them replaced. As for me, I chose not to for reasons I have already explained on this site.
I am feeling 'wonderful' and human again. I will never have to worry about any ruptures or any other mishaps that can happen with implants again. I can lie comfortable on my stomach and have no more pain of any kind. I even have some feeling back where I had lost some feeling (this I didn't expect to get back so it is a bonus).
I am 100% happy with the decision I made to not replace them and although I my breasts are not perfect, I am happy to be and feel healthy again.
You are correct about much more information being available at our very fingertips because of the internet and sites like this one. I can't say enough good things about sites like this for women, it is encouraging, uplifting (no pun intended) and a support group for those who need it.
