Thank you. And yes, I was pretty swollen yesterday after my workout, when I sat, I had rolls again. Yuck. But I knew it would be gone by morning and it was. Are you wearing a compression garment?
OMG!! I wake up every morning mid stretch and I can't stop!!! And my stomach contracts and I don't know how to avoid it! It does hurt but like i said, i can't stop it. When I stand up after sitting for a while, I hunch over and i fight it but my legs start shaking and I have to stand there a second to let my body quit!
