Wow, that's a long time! My doctor said most of the swelling should be gone at 3 months but I have a feeling it's going to take waaaaay longer than that, haha.

I did not have an alar base reduction. I was considering it, but after looking at computer simulations, I decided I wanted something more on the subtle side instead of drastic, so I decided against it.

Third day was the worst for me! I felt 10x better the 4th day- hope you do to. You'll feel so much better soon, I promise.

Thanks for the suggestion! I'm still wearing my cast at night so it's pressing down and doing something similar I think.

Thanks for the reply! I was just reading that it may just be cartilage or something that may go away, which I'm hoping is the case. It's the same place as yours- between the eyes- which is where they break the bone I guess so swelling/ cartilage makes sense. I don't have any exercises- what is your PS having you do? I have a check up in three weeks, but I may call soon to ask if there is anything I should be doing and if it's anything to be worried about. It any case it's pretty insignificant, but I'd rather have it gone.
