I was told to very lightly massage the area for 7 days but not to try and move product.
My pre care advised against using fish oil and aspirin. Other than 24 hours of no exercise I was allowed to do everything else. I was able to apply makeup and go back to work. I can't tell you how happy I was. It was worth every penny!!!
