Thank you all for your comments!! I just wanted to update you that I reached my initial goal, 155 lbs in Dec 23!! And I postponed my surgery. Thank you all so much!!

That is such a shame. Sorry to hear if your disappointing story. I too am going in for lipo of armpit, as add- on to a tummy tuck. Best wishes for the future.
