OH!! Just an FYI I have a lot of pins & needles feeling also. I believe it's the nerves. It's kind of a electrical feeling. I believe it's the nerves heeling :)

Hi there sweety :) WOW!! What a roller coaster for you with those nurses & Doc. I agree they should read your case before seeing you :) I felt the same way as you as soon as I got my implants but I never new I had the option of removing them until I found this site :) almost 15 years later after I had them put in. thank god for this site and all the Lovely women :) this is the best place to go and put your feelings out there and none of us will judge cause we understand everything your going through :) Now, as for working out. My suggestion would be to wait awhile. At least 6 weeks,because your breasts can fill up with fluid and then drains would have to be put in. Just be really careful :) you've been through so much :) I'm so glad for you to be back on the no implant side now :) you will continue to Change over months and maybe even quicker, cause you didn't have your implants for very long :)
