I have a doctor that does a prescription but he also puts other things with it. Such as thyroid meds. Phentermine , Prozac, vitamins, a water pill, bowel laxative , I think that is it lol like that ain't enough. I just received a refill notice from him. Guess I should pay the man, my PS gave me the go on dieting, and on walking and running, just no gulf, yoga, crossfit nothing that has.a lot of core or twisting movement ..... how are you loving your belly?
oh ok, sorry I misunderstood, I thought you were having to cook for the family, oh and just so you know they don't have any preservatives, I think I will be starting HCG again this week, I go to see my PS today so once I get the ok from him I will go back on it. I would like to lose 15 lbs
hang in there! if you read my review I talk about eating and weight gain, do not do to much to fast, if you harm yourself you will be a lot longer before you are able to get back to working out, im sorry about your parents, but sadly I totally understand the mom thing, my mom doesnt even know about my tt, as far as dinner they make some great pre-made REAL mashed potatoes (all you have to do is pop it in the microwave) they also make real pot-roast, pulled pork, mac and cheese and a few other things, I have been buying a lot of those kind of things (oh they are sold by the lunch meat) I have also been buying store made potato salad, Marconi salad , fruit trays, and veggie trays... really things that I dont have to do much to but that are still very yummy! for lunch its been pb&j , lunch meat, pizza good luck :)
I love that you told all the newbies to not push it! I am sure your belly will be closed soon. OMG you are so small, you can really tell from your jeans, I dont think I would be able to get your pants over my hips. how much smaller are you then when you began - even before the lipo.
I know wow 3 weeks it has been long and just yesterday at the same time, totally crazy! I hear ya about wanting to workout and needing to, but I am doing my best to behave and not do to much, I keep telling myself that if i push myself to much I could still cause harm and then it would really set me back!!! i am also with you as far as standing straight, I may even be at 95% , happy 3 weeks!!! I will keep looking for photots
