Hi Paleo! Sorry, I've been on vacay with no cell or internet service (which was kinda nice). Just got home today. I did do some core stuff at 3 weeks, a little bit of diff style planks. But mostly leg stuff. I started upper at 4 weeks - light pulling/pushing type stuff with bands. I held a 20 lb kettle ball while doing squats. But nothing hard core. Still uncomfortable to jog or do jumping type stuff. I feel great and the girls are looking fab! Very soft and "real" feeling now! How are you feeling? :)

You look amazing in your swim suit and that size is perfect on you!! I had the same brusing show up on both my left & right side about 10 days post op. It was strange. But they are gone now. Hope you had a great first day back to work! :)

Hi Eileen! Thank you! During my consultation my PS told me that I could get away with not need a lift. The day of my surgery my PS decided that my right breast, which was larger and droopier, would benefit from doing a mini lift. So he did a mini lift on my right breast. :)

Sorry to hear about all the swelling!! I guess everyone is different in the healing process. Hope it's nothing!! You still look great in your photos!! :) My PS nor anyone from his office called to check on me either, and I thought that was strange as well. I even have this questionaire to fill about the office & my experience and one of the questions was asking about a follow up call. So it seems like it's something they should have done. Are you going to call your PS about the swelling before Thursday?

You know what's funny, for the first time today I felt like my boobs were small! I know that sounds crazy after all my stress about going too big! But I think like what I've seen a lot of women say is that you get so used to the size they are when they are swollen, that when the swelling goes away and they shrink down they seem small. Yep, I'm gonna say it... I hope I didn't get them too small! LOL I mean, I guess I'd rather not be too big. But then seeing that yours fluffed out a bit at 7 weeks, I'm hoping there's still hope for mine to do the same. I hope I'm done with the swelling going down, and they're not gonna get smaller on me!! I went out with some friends last night and we took a couple pics, I can't even tell that I had my boobs done! LOL I mean, I know that's a good thing but I was like where are they? haha I feel like a nut job right now. :)
