Hi there. Was wondering how your surgery went? I know it's only been a couple days. Keep your head up and watch for that darn depression. It really does hit. But then looking at the results down the line. I feel totally awesome. Still tired after work, but a short power nap while I have dinner in oven and I'm set to go again. Please let me know how you're doing.
I was so nervous. I waited until after I had the surgery to start REALLY reading about it. Dr. Makhlouf first did my thigh lift 4 years ago, then arm lift 2 years ago and the tummy tuck and breast revision this year. Thank you for the sexy comment. My husband hasn't even given me the thumbs up yet. I love it. Please just listen to your doctor and no one else. Follow his advise and you'll look sexy sooner than you think. Good luck with your surgery. When is it scheduled?
Well, after my divorce in 2003, I started to eat right and walk. I really have never been a person who exercises much, but walking I could do. After losing over 80 lbs. I then started with moderate exercises. I just kept up the walking. I am really blessed with not having alot a "hanging" extra skin and fat like most I see on here. I feel better at age 50 then I did at 30!! any walkers in my community, look me up.
