So I have had 2 consultations with 2 different surgery regarding my BA, and r now very confused, one says behind the muscle as I am little & dont have alot of breast tissue to cover & have a chance of rippling also1 And the other says no definately behind breast tissue not behind muscle & that I have enough breast tissue! one uses textured implants the other smooth!
So how do u decide, who is correct?
Where r u getting ur implants placed & how big, smooth or textured?

Hi, thanks for posting I loved readung your stories. I am at the moment waiting to see a Plastic surgeon for a BA. i also have had children (3) and have also finally lost all my baby weight and more but again my breasts have appeared to be the most that have suffered. I have the same feeling as you do, feel like a boy, its just skin left. I am so embarrassed i dont even liek my husband seeing me naked. Looking at your pics we appear to be the same size, I am 157cm 47kg. I am worried i dont have enough breast tissue left for a good size BA. I am interested to know what size you are having and if you have had your surgery yet. I would love for reports on how it went.
