The first rhinoplasty was to correct a droopy tip and septoplasty to correct breathing problems. The PS took cranial bone and used it as an implant, thats is the big hump you can see in the first picture. On the revision surgery, my new PS removed the cranial bone and replaced it with rib cartilage. I sent pics to him and he suggested the bowing would resolve over time, but from what I have read, it seems to be quite common to have warping with rib cartilage.
You are sooooo lucky. I just scheduled an appt. with Dr. Boahene to have a correction to a horrible nose job. I had mine done by Dr. Anthony Wolfe in Miami and he really did a number on me. Look at my profile and pics. It's really bad. I know Dr. Boahene will do a great job.
