Update: It's been 7 months since my nasal silicone implant removal and I still have a small dimply bump where the implant was removed. My plastic surgeon is going to perform scar revision surgery this Thursday. I am happy that she will do this to remove the dimple (my original PS was done in Asia). I am not going to do anymore rhinoplasty augmentation because of this overall experience. Thanks for all the comments. Jojo
