That sound unbearable. I actually had my botox for cosmetic purposes, only in my face. For some reason this time it caused severe neck pain right at the base of my neck. It was fairly severe about two days after the botox injections. I took some Advil and slept with a heating pad under my neck all night. That helped a lot!! I still feel it but just barely. Hope this helps.
I had botox injections two days ago and today have fairly severe neck pain. I have had botox in the past and do not recall neck pain but do recall headaches. I'm relieved to hear that others have had the neck pain and it may be associate witht the botox injections.
