  Go bigger! I got 350 ml saline implants. Thought I would be a C but am only a full B. At first I thought I had gone to big, but it took 4 months for my implants to fully drop. I should have gone 50 ml's higher. Wear a very padded bra for a few months before and no one will notice the difference after surgery.

  You are wrong - yes it was to you, hast gastric sleeve surgery 2 years ago, lost 105 pounds. This year I had an extended tummy tuck and breast implants. Feeling and look great. I went from a size 18 to size 4 and look fabulous. For the first time in my life I am wearing a 2 piece bathing suit.

  All the symptoms you described could be from the anesthesia. I had most of what you described after gastric sleeve surgery.

  On the pain management, my doctor installed a pain pump that for 36 hours continually pumped pain meds into my breasts. Then thereafter I did not need meds. I also has 350cc mentors went from a 34a to 36c love it! My extended tummy tuck looks great. Have not had a flat tummy since I was 16 :-)

  Months before BA i started wearing the Maidenform Poof bra. It takes you up 2 cup sizes. This way everyone at work was used to my size and my clothes were the same post op.
  My surgeon placed a pain pump in my breast which lasted 4 days. It was a great help.
  I had an extended tummy tuck at the same time.
