    Hey Showme...no I never did ice them. I only had to massage them. They would get really "hard" feeling in the mornings is a bit through out the day. Once I massaged them they were fine. Hope your having a great day! :)

    Hey just think of it this way....my before and after pic only looks so drastic because I was so tore up before! Loo at all that stubborn fat on my love handles!!! YUCK!! I had not one good curve! Your before pics are great compared to mine....and your after pics are only going to get better with time. We all judge ourselves very hard.....I think you looked great before ....and I think you look even better now. In another month your going to be smokin'!!! Give it time...you look beautiful!!!! xx

    So glad to here that everything went well! The first couple of days are the challange....after that it's not too bad! Drink lots of fluids. Happy healing and update again soon! :)

    Hey newme, sorry I haven't logged on for awhile and just got your message. I wasn't too swollen when I went out on the boat. However, we just went the the beach this last weekend and I was pretty swollen when we came home. I am still wearing my CG and my binder together everyday (except the occassional boat or beach trip :P ) My PS said to wear them for 6 weeks then I get shoved into a small...yicks! That's only one more week away! :) Hope your feeling better and I say get out there and show off your new bod! :)

    Your looking great! Don't b down on yourself or the way you look right now. You are only 12 days out and look at those other pics you posted!!!! Look at the torture we put our bodies through! That tummy one makes me cringe! lol.. I'm not a very patient person either but once the swelling starts to subside and time has had a chance to pass....you will have the results your looking for. Stay positive! You do look great! I can tell your tummy is tighter and once your boobs settle they are going to look fab! :)
