Often times it's the practioner and not the laser which produces bad results. I have been very impressed with the MiXto and I am convinced it outperforms the Encore with ActiveFX or DeepFX. Why pay substantially more for Lumenis's product which undeniably has a very nice GUI and many nice features allowing the user to perform other types of surgery (ENT, OB/GYN, etc,)but which ends up requiring more maintenance due to it's added comlexity and drives up the purchase price. Also Lumenis' service charges are some of the highest in the nation!
