Dear runner,
It breaks my heart to read what you're going through. It really really does. I do think it'll get better. Fwiw, I wasn't able to run or do "normal" things until 8 weeks p/o. Just please don't be so hard on yourself. Take a deep breath and let yourself heal. Seek the second opinion too, if it'll help ease your mind! Also, please make sure you're taking in ENOUGH calories. Your body needs them to heal. Xoxoxo !
