    is it worth it to go through all the pain? Any permente pain or ache?

    Can you please send me your before and after picture too so that we can decide whether my son should do it or not.

    when did you do it and are you in ca? Is it very painful and any side effect? My son needs to have sugery to fix class 3 underbite, and we are debating whether it's worth it to go through the pain. He is concerned about feeling permente pain or ache after surgery.
