They will "settle" and start to look more normal. It actually takes up to a year for them to end where they will be and feel the way they will feel. One month post-op isn't long enough. It sounds like you should have done some more research/soul searching before you did this. If you still aren't happy with your results in 3-6 months, have them removed.

I understand that the occurance of this is not any higher than, or marginally so, saline. I'm sorry that you've had such a bad experience.
