How do you explain to your pcp that you want booty surgery? I'm a little shy about things like that.

For what it's worth I think you look great. The booty size is just right for your frame without making you look older or unevenly shaped. You have a nice round bubble butt now but not too extreme which you never know you could regret down the line when the fads change or if you gain weight and sagging with childbirth, etc...
