Hi! I'm so happy everything went well! I'm sure you look amazing already! Take it easy even if you feel well...it will catch up to you! I am in siesta key on vacay with friends and had my big reveal. Kind of fun and embarrassing but everyone said they look great! Dr. Fiala is awesome! Rest and heal. I'm so happy for you! :-) Maybe one of these days we can meet and do a little post opt shop! :-)
I am not supposed to really get sized until 4 weeks post-opt but today I happened to be at Maidenform and they sized me at a 34 C or she said I could probably wear a 32 D because I am pretty small around. I've always worn a 34 A. I did purchase a couple 34 C's (in my photos) from VS and they are comfy and seem to fit pretty well. I'll have to try a 32 D and just see the difference. I went shopping today and it's so different trying on clothes with boobs! I bought too much and I was supposed to be back to school shopping with my daughter...I got a little side tracked.:) I think if you try to go for what will make you proportioned for your body, you will be happy. We have very similar stats. Good luck and I wish you the very best results and a speedy recovery!
Hi! Did you start doing AB's at 3 weeks post opt too? I know they said I could do light cardio and some lower body but are working abs ok? How are you feeling?
They look perfect! It's a testament to the fact that you have to know what will work best on your body! I would think that 550 cc's would be huge...but they look beautiful and very proportionate on your body. So glad your healing well. I'm almost at 2 weeks post-opt and I'm hoping for some more softening and dropping...)
Do you roll to your right side when you sleep? You could be pushing that side up more? My nurse said whatever side you normally sleep on will swell more and take a little longer to even out. Could that be it? I think you look great! You had more to heal from so let your body heal and I bet things will even out....Don't over do it too early with the exercise, listen to what your body can handle. You won't go to mush in a few weeks. I feel the same. Can't wait to get back to my normal routine w/exercise but I'm not willing to chance messing anything up. I'd rather work harder when my body is really ready.:) I feel kinda big now but I know when things settle and I get used to them I'll be happy I went a little bigger than I initially thought I'd go. Hubby doesn't seem to mind either!:) Thanks for the compliment!
