I was thinking of IPL because I too had electrolysis to remove hair on upper lip and chin areas. My upper lip has vertical wrinkles from it, and so does my chin. I eat very healthy, don't go out in the full sun, don't smoke and take lots of vitamins. I even had one treatment from a machine that uses magnets instead of laser. And everyone said I looked older, right after the treatment with that machine. I was just considering the IPL. I'm glad I checked this out first. Thank you so much everyone.
