I've pretty much decided to go down the same route as you and have the implants first and then a lift alot later if needed. I think that sometimes what the surgeons refer to as "asthetically pleasing" doesn't always look natural (unless your 16:-) So I've taken the jump and booked the surgery for the 29th so I'll let you know how it goes!
