Some of my best friends have yet to even notice. Crazy right?! I had the same numbness and my surgeon reassures me it would go away. After a month and a half or so it was gone.
I had a chin implant last year and only took medication the day of the surgery. I did not take meds after that and although it hurt it wasn't horrible pain, it was more of a soreness and after that more of a tender feeling. It wasn't bad at all I highly recommend getting a chin implant!!! Good luck :)
I can see what you mean i think it's A LITTLE asymmetrical but overall i think it looks good. I have heard you can get fillers, maybe you can just fill in a bit to get the symmetry back and not have to endure another surgery!

Overall i think it looks good and you can only see if you look closely!! :)
