Just got that exact thing revised two weeks ago. Since it was my 2nd surgery on the nose, I went with specialized facial plastic surgeon w/20yrs experience! He rotated my tip and all I know is the problem is gone! Good luck just choose carefully.

Don't worry! Yes its all swelling--it will go away. I'm two weeks post op and went back to work. A Cold washcloth and arnica montana can help the swelling go away faster. Good luck!
