Check out this article below. It talks about using restylane as a dermal filler for the butt.

Dr. Coleman didn't require bed rest for 1 month, but did suggest no strenuous workouts for about 1 month. He recommended walking and light exercise within days as its best to get the blood flowing and stay active. We stayed in NYC for 1 week and was walking around town 2 days after surgery. It was July, and i wore long loose skirts (non binding) and they camouflaged the wraps and bandages. Definitely baby the areas of fat itransfers. It was more comfortable to stand which kept pressure off the areas . I will post more photos soon. Most of the fat has stayed and it looks so much better.
Just saw your post and I'm so sorry this happened to you. I had similar results and had the double gluteal folds repaired with fat transfers. If you do research, you will find it is a very difficult area to repair and some PSs may recommend excising the area to remove the scarring and lift the back of the thigh. This will tighten the area, but will create another problem. I think fat transfer (if you have enough fat) is your best least invasive option. I have photos posted of my body prior to lipo and after lipo and photos taken after the fat transfers. Please send me a message and I will share my info with you. Best of luck.
