OOMMGGGGG in a few hours I will finally have boobies!!!! I am so excited and nervous, and just cant wait to see how they look!! Surgery is in 7 hours!!!! I already have 2 new dresses waiting for my new chest! I will take before pics and post with the afters!! I decided to talk to my girls (4 and 6) about the change so I didnt come home "different" , my 6 year old informed me that I should get bigger boobies because mine look like a childs! LMAO

Yes, at first I thought saline, then changed to silicone, now I am back to saline. I am less than an a cup and will be a full c, the implant will be 450cc. I decided back to saline because I heard from real women that the silicone is harder, and because it is heavier, it can also sag to a cone shape in a few years, I am small framed so I think that might be a problem for me. The reason I was against saline, is because the length of time (10 years) is not as great as a 30 year silicone. Also they were saying saline has chances of deflating or slowly dissapating(sp) after a few years, but since they offer a warranty to cover that, I felt comfortable.
