Wow. This is by far the best lip augmentation I have ever seen. You sound like me when it comes to researching surgeons. They could not fit your face more beautifully! I hope you feel as gorgeous as you look. I never expected lip implants to look so natural! I'm considering enlarging my lips but I'm a permanent kind of gal, but I honestly don't know if I'll like bigger lips on myself since I've never had them injected or anything. Do you recommend me trying fillers out first? Also, can the person your kissing feel the lip implants when they kiss you?

Sun hats and a strong SPF facial sunscreen! Scars can become discolored during the healing process if they are exposed to too much sun (I believe you are supposed to do this for six months total). I also recommend a large water bottle with a built-in straw. Mine was SO helpful. Your mouth becomes so dry from not being able to breathe through it so you drink water very often and it was so nice not having to refill it all of the time. Plus I could only drink through straws or I'd get my drip pad wet.

Rhinoplasty is actually the most difficult plastic surgery procedure there is since it's very difficult to sculpt a 3D object. Traveling for surgery was no problem for me, but just keep in mind the cost and time of going to see your doctor regularly for your check-ups after surgery. I really REALLY recommend staying in a hotel the night of your surgery. If you read my profile where it says 'day of surgery' you'll see why I recommend this. Unless you've been under anesthesia multiple times it's hard to know how your body will react to it. If you have nausea or pain the last thing you'll want to do is be in a moving vehicle for two hours. My eight minute taxi ride after surgery was horrible! I was fine traveling the day after surgery though. Good job on doing your research and picking a facial plastic surgeon!

I was given a lot of different anti-nausea medications before and after surgery and it didn't help. :(
